Introduction

We are proud to launch the Jamal Lutfi Fansa Contracting System. Founded in 2001, this national Saudi contracting company has completed hundreds of projects with various Saudi municipalities. It is accredited by the Saudi Contractors Authority (SCA) and holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications. The company is part of the Jamal El-Deen Lotfi Fansa Group, which owns the Turkish brand Fansa Paper Premium.

The system features a comprehensive dashboard displaying all information on a single page, providing an overview of clients, invoices, projects, and initial bills, with detailed tax application via the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority. It also includes an overview of operations such as opportunities, deals, due payments, ongoing projects, and task management.

In terms of human resources management, the system offers attendance management #Biometrics, leave, holidays, meetings, asset management, and document management. It also provides payroll management for salary determination and payroll creation, KPI management for performance evaluations, and goal tracking.

The system also encompasses sales and billing management, project management, contract management for documenting agreements, and detailed reports 📈 on projects, sales, human resources, and pre-sales activities.

Advanced security measures 🔐 are integrated into the system, employing "zero trust" techniques for data security and browser isolation. The admin control panel is accessible only via API, ensuring high security and complete control. Additional security measures include virus scanners, a security information and event management system (SIEM), and (Cloud WAF) protection, which offers DDoS attack prevention, load balancing, bot restrictions, and request rate limiting. HSTS protocol and SNI encryption are also used to enhance security levels.
